Ora Schneider Regional Residency Grant

In September 2023, I was a recipient of an Ora Schneider Regional Residency Grant at Women’s Studio Workshop in Rosendale, New York. Using my 2021-22 Field Notes Sketch Book, and the various types of sail material (Kevlar, graphite, polyester laminate, carbon) I created a series of silkscreens. The imagery developed progressively as I experimented with transitioning to the print medium from collage and painting. I would like to thank the staff, interns & administration of WSW for their support. In addition, my deepest gratitude to Gail Schneider Matlin, and her mother, Ora Schneider.
